This furnace offered by us is used for the heating of a product under absence or air or other gases. The absence of air helps to prevent oxidization, heat losses, and contamination of the product.

It is suitable to heat materials like metals and ceramics. It can produce heat as high as 3000 degree Celsius. This furnace is highly durable and had a great functional system and also, it does not need frequent maintenance to function uninterruptedly.  

Application:

  • It is classified into two types- low temperature impregnation furnace and high temperature melting infiltration furnace. The low temperature furnace is mainly used for impregnation of pitch and resin to C/C, Sic materials and composite materials impregnation by asphalt, resin and polycarbosilane.
  • The high temperature melting infiltration furnace is mainly used for ceramic, graphite and composite materials infiltration by molten copper alloy, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and high temperature alloy.

  • Hydraulic manual open door or auto open door, which is easy to operate
  • Low temperature impregnation furnace has single and twin chamber option

Optional Configuration:

  • Heater material can be of Ni-Cr; Fe-Cr-Al-Nb, Sic rod, Graphite or CFC
  • Process gas system is high pressure valve can be manual or auto value of foreign brand or Chinese brand
  • Vacuum pump and gauge can be of foreign brand or Chinese brand
  • Simulation screen, touch screen or industrial personal computer
  • PLC can be OMRON or Siemens
  • Temperature controller can be of SHIMADEN or EUROTHERM
  • Thermocouple can be type-C, type-S, type-K or type-N
  • Electric components can be of CHINT, Schneider or Siemens
